Antec P180/P182 Front Port Assembly

Does anyone know where I can buy a Antec Spare Parts in the UK? I'm after a front port assembly (the bit with the USB, audio, firewire, etc on the front).

I have a P180, but it doesn't do HD Audio on the front ports. So rather than buying a whole new case I'd like to just swap it.

I found one on Antec's website, but they charge more for shipping than for the actual product itself!

Have you tried phoning antec? They're usually very good with helping out their customers. I have no idea about suppliers, but if there are, they're likely to be a competitor to ocuk, and so cannot be discussed here (see faq).

You should still try calling antec. Have a wander over to the official P182 thread and if you search you may find a few people who have ordered replacement front panels, so there would be a good place to ask too.
 
I'm sure there should be a sticky on this subject (Antec spares).... OP: mail them via the support page on their website, you'll find they're likely to send you the spares as your case may still be within their 3 year warranty period.

In a couple of cases (no pun intended) with Antec kit I've bought second hand that's been broken (P160 front panel temp indicator no worky) or missing parts (battle damaged P180 without rails and drive screws), they've sent me parts as well, even though I'm not the original owner.

Yep..I've mailed them too and I get another front usb panel free when my usb broke...do that.

Antec are very good about replacement parts. Contacted them after a courier smashed the front of my P182 when it came back from modding, sent them a picture and within 3 days I had a whole new front panel and door, no questions asked. Tip top service.

I got 2 brand new side panels off antec, first time I have used their customer services and very very impressed :)

Id contact them and I am sure they would send you a new one out if you still have some sort of prrof of purchase.

My mate bought it 1st off, so he just sent a screen shot of the order complete page.

GAH!!! After reading a little more about the 3 year warranty I decided to dig out my original receipt for my case. I have a damaged USB front port, the door bulges (like most) and the plastic tabs snapped off the side panel (like most)......

November 2005..... funnily enough my first purchase from Overclockers too. :D
