antec p180 ponder

I currently have a antec p180 and i need to recommend it as it is truelly a great case however with so many fans inside it its still a tad noisy, so i decided to buy a fan controller, my friend has the "Akasa AK FC-03 Fan Controller Pro" and he says its really good but the problem i have is will the akasa fit into my case and allow me to shut the antec p180 door? because i noticed that the knobs stick out of the akasa fascia and i cant find on akasa's website the distance they pertrude out, and i only have 18mm roughly or the case door will not shut, does anyone know if it will close or not?

The Akasa fan controller fits fine in the antec p180

I posted the same question when I bought mine, and was told i might have to take the knobs off, which in the end I didn't. Only drawback was one of the stock Tri-cools in my case was too noisy at slow speeds, but soon replaced that

No.
You can get adaptors to convert molex to 3 pin fan connector though, and then plug it into a fan controller.
Be careful with them though, they allow you to do things you really shouldn't be able to like plug a fan controller into a cd drive or something equally likely to end in disaster.
