Antec P180 Question!

i have 55cm of space to fit the Antec P180 (height wise)

its speced at being 21.3" tall, which is 54.1cm. now this sounds stupid but can somone assume me that antec give you the hight including the little risen bit at the back of the case?

51.9cm to top of case, 54.5cm to top of case including fan spoiler(Although this is removable.)

that leaves me with, 5mm to play with in the little whole under my desk, nice think i will have to relocate all the ***** ontop of my current rig
