Antec P280 window side-panel

Hi folks,
just in case anyone is interested, Antec have just confirmed to me that the windowed side-panel for the P280, will also fit the Eleven Hundred- the two cases use the same chassis.

For those wondering why I have bothered to post this fairly useless-sounding piece of information, it's because I've seen a fair few 1100 owners bemoaning the fan mounts on the window, which do kinda spoil the view...

I've ordered mine, should be here tomorrow.

Please post back when you install it as I had considered that this might be a possibility and had asked OCUK but couldn't get a definitive answer.

It would be interesting to know that there is also a colour match etc.

Yes vortical, I have the panel now- perfect fit, perfect match. All good!

I would post a pic, but I need to tidy the computer desk first...

Very tempted to purchase one.
It would be nice to actually see my Classy 780

My only concern is that the current vented side panel is quite useful for keeping temps down, even without any side fans?

True, but it hasn't made much difference to me. I've got fans aplenty and enough front-to-back airflow anyway, I haven't noticed any increases in temps yet...
