They are finished items, but not in European retail packaging, they have chinese packaging currently. But the contents are full retail products.

cool, regarding the packaging, its not final packaging, its just sample unit packaging. Let me know what you think of it once tested etc. One thing I would like to point out. MSRP = under £13 for this unit.
