antec psu query

i know from the user guide that the psu fan in my antec psu, its a 450w smart power, will only power up when it needs to. however, im getting slightly concerned, had the rig on for three - four hours @ a time now and still no action from the fan.

its a new build and the specs are

3700+ san diego, geil 1gb, 80gig seagate, 7900gt, benq dvd rewriter, asus a8n sli se mobo.

im pretty sure its fine, using asus probe and everything looks stable.

but just wanna be sure.

what temps are you getting?

cpu @ 30
mobo @ 30.

been on for about two hours, playin the regiment @ full settings.

does that seem ok?

I'm guessing they're your idle temps? They seem perfect, pretty much the same as mine. Does the fan spin up when you're playing games?

Fan has not turned once.

hence the concern, but all seems well.

yep they are my idle temps, gonna run the probe in wi the regiment now and see what the craic is.

just seemed strange that there had been no action thats all.
