Antec RMA ?

Anyone had any dealings with Antec RMA, my PSU went pop (didn't take out any of the components ), filled in the Customer support ticket, and now it's the waiting game.

Yeah i have but i am a reseller so may be a bit different to you. Normally they will jsut ask you to cut off the cables from the PSU and send them a pic showing cut off cables and Serial number. Then they will just send you a new psu..

Yep, I thought it was a really good service despite having to send it to their office in Rotterdam at my expense. It cost a bit to send but still cheaper than buying a brand new one. They replaced it in a week, shipped it via UPS and I ended up getting an equivalent new modular model which was a bonus.

my mates door on his p180 the hinges broke , he contacted antec and they sent him a new door lol|

same with me cost me 9 euros to send it but they give me 650w in return for my 500w
