Antec Sonata II Piano Black Quiet Case - 450W Smart Power PSU - Any good?

Looking at getting the above case as at the moment im using an Asus barebone system.

Is it any good? More to the point is the 450w smartpower PSU any good thats in it? Its to power the rig in my sig, and later a Core 2 Duo system

Cheers, no max 2 hard drives and 2 optical drives couples with a better gfx card
