Antec Sonata PSU

My antec sonata PSU has started whistling like roger whittacker.

Is it on its way out or can it be fixed ?

could either be a fan bearing or a capacitor...

Id get a new psu to be safe.

im guessing bad capacitor or something as it will do the noise with the pc off.

will whip it apart to night and see if i can identify the one

you've been lucky its lasted this long - mine had to be replaced about 6 months in
