Why is Antec support so crap, I have requested to purchase a replacement front USB ports, they are REALLY slow at replying to emails, anyone else have problems or is it just me?
I had to rma a cooler from antec and it took them 3 weeks to get the replacement to me,I was in no hurry but it did seem a long time even though they had the item 3 days after the rma got issued.
