Antec TruePower 480w

Would an Antec TruePower 480w still be enough to power the following without any problems, or would a new PSU be preferable?

500W minimum for PSU and 600W+ is recommended for card.

while the cpu might consume quite a bit because it's a quad core,I believe the 8800GT doesn't consume as much power as you think, less than a GTS even. I'm using a 520W supply with my setup, and as well as an O'ced processor and an 8800GT, I'm also running two hard drives, a DVD drive and four fans.

Now I know this isn't really *that* much lol, it's more than enough to power the 8800GT

I have the Antec Neopower powering my rig in sig and it is fine, thought the 1950 pro was quite a power hungry card (may have just been the 1950XTX though).

I will only be upgrading to the Corsair 620W as i will be going xfire with 3870s.
