Antec Warranty

What are antec like for their warranties? I have an Antec SLK3000B that I bought from ocuk sometime last year, and its not quite the same as it used to be. First off, the USB ports at the front have never worked right, the top one didn't have a plastic insert, and so the pins have managed to get bent, and the line on the pcb to bottom one appears to be burnt! Also, the clip on the plastic door has unsurprisingly broken.

Is it worth bothering to contact Antec about this stuff?

Antec are supposed to very good on customer service, so you have nothing to loose by contacting them!

I needed a replacement door for my P180, so I emailed them with proof of purchase, explained the problem and a new one was sent from Holland to me within 10 days

Antec have quaility service. I've returned PSUs before and got replacements quickly.
