whats the reccomended thickness of the acrylic ?
ive found a place that can cut to size and deliver for just over a tenner ! :eek:

I used 3mm and it was perfect. Reasonably light so I didn't need loads of tape and not too thin that it would snap.

Cut to size and deliver for just over a tenner? You are just wanting a basic square shape yes?

i took the dimensions off tj's info in youtube, im assuming the dimensions he stated are the dims for the acrylic

342.9mm x 508mm, which is the conversion of his inch dimensions of 13.5 x 20

£4.43 + £8 p and p

Yeah, Sizes sounds about right. My 902 window was about 400mm tall so those look like they'll add up.

That is very good value though, Just make sure you know how to cut the side panel, You only get one chance

The end result is brilliant though.
