Hi All I,m after some advice ..I saw on a website that you can buy an Anti-Glare Protector which sticks on the screen ,it says it can be removed and leaves no glue etc, are these any good or just another waste of time ? anyone use them or info thanks

I have one on my HP Touchpad and while it detracts a little from the clarity of the screen it's still very much worthwhile. Not sure it's needed for a big laptop though.

ok thanks mine a Dell XPS 17.3 screen ?

I'd get a few of them unless they are really expensive just in case of failed attempts to fit. I did that with my HP Touchpad and I was lucky to get it on properly on the second attempt.

Make sure it'll fit a 17.3" screen as there are older 17" and 17.1" sizes which obviously won't be compatible.

yeah good idea ..Do you think it ruins the blu ray film viewing at all ?

Better to replace screen with anti glare version. Anti glare screen protectors really annoy you after a while as they affect screen quality a lot I found on my 17.3 dell laptop.
