anti popup software et al

Hi,

A friend well visits a lot of x rated sites...I have just reformatted his laptop and was wondering what best anti pop up software and other progs I **** install for him to avoid him getting a virus, yet again..

Any ideas..

Get him Opera, or IE7 i think has this option now, and disable ALL popups.

If you want to go third party, get Admuncher. Make no mistake, it's the best ad blocker available. Not just popups, but images and all. It contains several handy little tools too, like an IP scrambler.
