Anti Spam for Windows Outlook.

My mum is being plagued with 100's of spam messages a day. She's tried adding them to blocked list in Outlook, but they keep on coming.

She's uses BT internet as her email provider and they aren't really helping with the flood of spam she's getting.

Can anyone recommend a good spam application for Outlook?

That was the first thing I checked. It was already set to high. She got 65 spam in her inbox today.

Thank you. I'll have a look at the apps. What would you recommend?
 
BT is terrible for it at times, I'm not sure why, it doesn't seem to affect all accounts it is like their spam filters occasionally just stop working for some accounts at random for days or weeks on end. Between those times it is quite good at keeping spam out the inbox :s
 
Not sure if BT Mail offers it, but due to the amount of spam I get on my Microsoft email, I had to go to the web version to create rules that detects certain keywords and move them to spam. It's a pain needing to add new keywords manually, but it works (web Outlook shows moved to junk due to rule).
 
In win11 I find that 'marking as junk' in the outlook app doesn't seem to do anything.
If you log into outlook webmail and 'block sender' that seems to work.

The outlook webmail is actualy better than the app if you ask me.
