Anti spam software

change your email to gmail if you are not to attached to your current address...

(not really answering your question i know)
 
nah its my dads he keeps getting a virus, he's with bt internet he's old lol doubt he will want to change.
I cant get round there to do it for him.
 
Control his machine using TeamViewer.

1) Create a Gmail address for him
2) Login to BT webmail and enable email forwarding to the gmail address
3) Enjoy!
