havent seen any on OCUK, hence..nowhere 
But yes, as a rule, it's a good idea to use an anti-static bag and some padding with sensitive kit, especially hard disks..
EDIT: I imagine you'll find hundreds of such bags floating around the bay

the bay usually has a decent selection and more likely to find in lower quantities, imagine "just 1" will be a bit of a struggle, the size we used to use at work for our HDDs came in packs of 50, with smaller bags tending to be in bags of 100, might get lucky and find bundles of 10 or 20 on the bay though, otherwise some quick googling will churn out a fair few suppliers
