Anti Virus/PC Security

Good Morning

I am looking for AV/PC Security with a decent compromise between the following -

- Speed/Performance
- Reliability
- Ease of use
- PC resource useage i.e. does/will not slow the PC down too much

This will not be for me. It will be for a newly built PC for my brother in law hence why it needs to be relatively simple to use.

Any help is greatly appreciated
