I am wondering if anyone knows of a decent Anti Virus program?

Theres free and then theres paid for. I would sample a few to find one you are comfortable with. Before settling on the one I have now I trialled two and using their trial periods covered about four months worth of usage - well worth it!

Shop around, if it is a popular brand you can get keys from resellers online at a fraction of the retail price.

You don't need anti-virus software. Or at least Windows Defender does the job. Failing that, you could always switch to Linux and keep Windows for games only.
