Hi All,

I normally use dry" (not sure of the exact name for it) deodorant daily, I usually get what’s on offer at my local supermarket, not bothered usually what it is as long as it keeps me reasonably dry in this heat!

There was a good offer on antiperspirant Sure deodorants so I picked a couple up, I used these for a while and never noticed a problem until the other day when I'd finished the washing and one of my T-shirts has spots of white all over it. I know you shouldn't put clothing on until about 15 minutes after you've sprayed yourself with antiperspirant and I always did this. These markings have actually occurred one day when I went out for a walk in this scorching heat and had caused some sweating!

The white marks represent where I had sweated basically, I noticed it on another T-shirt.

So antiperspirant, should you not use if you plan on getting hot hot hot? I'm annoyed as it ruined one of my favourite t-shirts and am wondering if I should complain to Sure, maybe they should have some kind of warning on the product?

Thanks

Yeah I find that the Sure ones leave white marks too... You make an interesting point about the wrecked T-Shirts - wonder if they would replace them...

I never get white marks on my shirts anymore with them. Just make sure it's dried before you put your shirt on and also don't use an excessive amount. That should do it I reckon

my mitchum stick I got for free in canada was awesome untill I was putting it on yesterday and it crumbled apart so using sure extreme roll on now tested to 58c in sahara supposedly :(

I've moved from the Mitchum stick to the roll on, doesn't leave white marks on my tops like the stick did.

Get some Mitchum!

Ice Fresh roll on it's called.

I use a shure roll on. Seems to stay on me and not contaminate the clothing too much. Keeps me pretty dry too.

I use the Ego anti perspirant stick but reading here, Mitchum seems to be the stuff! So do you recommend the Mitchum Smart Solid? if so which scent is nice and manly yet appealing to the lady kind?

Not used Mitchum, but Driclor for the win.

I sweat a lot from my pits (never smell though thank ****) and used this a lot in the past. Used it again the last two night and not a drop :)

It stings and itches like **** though when you first use it.

The Sure ones are the best I've used....Again I used the normal ones and got white spots (naturally) and as i own black t-shirts I was like noooooooooo!

So I buy the invisible one instead, no white spots :)

Sure leaves white marks on my things so I never use them.

It is a shame because they keep me dry!

Above :) Try the invisible one.
