antivirus and firewall

I use Kaspersky for my AV. I use my Netgear Router as my Firewall

trying to find a decent firewall and antivirus. one that doesnt ask you 100's of questions everytime you do something. it seems impossible to find. i hate watchings films and every 10 minutes i get popups from mcafee, or avg or windows asking me stupid things, and when you turn of the messages you get messages coming up saying you have turned of your message. Any recomendations

AVG Free & Windows Firewall (+ wireless router firewall)

Avria or AVG for free anti-virus software.

I'd recommend Comodo or Zone Alarm for free firewall software that doesn't hog system resources.

thanks guys went with avg and zone alarm for the time being. ill see how that turns out. might buy the license if it turns out good
