antivirus software

Hi

My antivirus software license is expiring soon and before I renew I want to be sure its still one of the best on the market.

I have nod32 antivirus and have had it for a while , It has been fine and hopefully it stays that way.

Is this still regarded as one of the best paid for virus protection programs or is there something better out there now?

It's regarded as one of the better ones. Check the AV sticky for opinions.

ok cheers guys

One last thing , Nod32 AV has antispyware , should I disable windows defender as I get a message saying both nod and defender are running.

I have always left it this way but I wonder if both are needed?
