Any 1 clued up on whats require in a medical?

hey all, doing a medical soon for the fire service and wonder what that entails?
its a medical centre based in Exeter, so its not at my local station.
Im a bit worried i might fail on lung capacity, as i did a medical for some factory about 5 years ago and it wasnt that great!
