Any 3.5t or 7.5t multi drop drivers with ADHD , is medication allowed ?

I drive a 3.5t van and want to do my cat c test. I can do my job , but doing my job with ADHD is stressful .

The company I'm with at the minute doesn't drug test, but i don't want to bring it up until i get a prescription and have passed my cat c test which case I will move onto another company. I'm wondering wether it would be an issue.

Anyone here with ADHD , did meds help and where you legally aloud to drive commercial vehicles with medication in your system

It's not the driving that's stressful i like driving and am good at it . it's delivering a **** tonne of parcels in short periods , hgv you deliver less and in wider areas well the role I want anyway , I've only been at it 2 weeks but its getting a lot easier and actually enjoyable .ADHD is still there so medication may benefit work, may not even go for medication just interested if others are legally allowed to while driving hgv
