Any 5G gamers?

Putting an offer in on a house and there's only Virgin available for anything above 80mbps which I'm a bit annoyed by, but the current owner uses a 5g router and gets 300mbps+ so I'm now wondering if it's good enough to game on? Is anyone doing this, and if so who is your provider? He's with Smarty he said.

Just get virgin, I get 1Gg 5G and it's decent, I have worked on it and gamed on it, if it is your only choice it is workable but VM will be better even with their variable latency.
