What's your budget ?

One way is selecting the 5.2ghz 9700k and board - recommend Aorus as that speed and getting OCUK to overclock if personally for you if your unable to and mail the bundle to yourself .of course they'll be an extra charge for the overclock and premium on 5.2ghz 9700k chip

The frequency maxes out at 5.1GHz for the prebinned 9700k on the ocuk website. Perhaps you can call them and ask about 5.2GHz?

about £1000 already got a 2080ti hard drives etc new mobo ram and cpu.

9700k is on sales so makes it a bit attractive to Ryzen 2700x £320 price point!

you could pay extra to see if OCUK are able to clock a chip to 5.1/5.2 Ghz - but no idea on that one
