Any adivise on whats happened? (Cataclysm hogger)

My cataclysm hogger pc arrived today, ive installed all drivers and everything that came with the pc, i start my World of warcraft and runs perfectly fine on ultra with 60-70fps and ran just as good in a 25man Lfr. I then restart my pc and try to log on once more, Now i log and im left with being unable to move, screen freezing. And with a 20-30fps. Sometimes 2fps and unable to do anything untill i change the graphics down to good. Any help on what has happened between that short amount of time would be apreciated.

if you didnt restart the pc between installing the drivers it might be a faulty driver but thats just a guess

Yea i restarted after every install of when it asked. And ive reinstalled the drivers a few times now.
