any advance on this combo

I have a thread in motherboards about a bit of an upgrade i am doing

it seems from there that I need new mobo, cpu and ram

so I thought i would ask here ...

What about this
Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156)
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3 Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard
OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-16000C10 (2000MHz) Dual Channel Kit (OCZ3G2000LV4GK)

Will my PSU work with this mobo ? (psu is enermax EG435AX-VHB(G)
is it a good one ? or should I go for the UD4?
is the combination I have chosen decent ?

the UD4 has symmetrical sli/crossfire support, do you ever see yourself needing this feature in the future?
