Nothing wrong with any of the coolers, I just recommend the D14 because of the quality of it. The price, has come down to £59.99 which is really great. I've had mine for 2 years and haven't really considered changing it.
Once you have the mounting bracket in place, you put the motherboard back in the case, then it is literally 2 screws to secure the heatsink. The screws are secured to the heatsink too, so no chance of dropping them and it is really so easy.
I would say that without overclocking, there is no need to spend more than £30 for a completely silent cooler.
