I have an interview next week for an IT support type position in the NHS, with it being such a big company I was wondering if anyone here has any experience of working for them and advice for the interview process in terms of what they're looking for?

I've had a few but the problem is my Trust is like a small City and so are others which means 1000s of different departments all doing things differently.
I presume you filled in the normal NHS Job Application forms which got you to an interview.
All you need to do is read Huddy's interview guides and know your stuff.

As an example I got offered one job because I'd got 27 years of Quality experience and passed their tests, I got another because I laughed and joked a lot (the one I'm in now) but my first NHS job I got because I talked about running marathons and playing in a rock band.
True story bro.

It'll be based on keywords and attributes.

Do yourself a favour and call the dept to ask about their structure, challenges they face and seem interested. They're bound to ask you what you know about the role.

(ex NHS who was offered 4/5 jobs in the organisation)
