Hi, wondered if the following is possible and if so how/what/where.

I have a iPad 3

I also have a IPhone 4s

Anyway of me being away from home and using the iPhone to connect to the iPad that I left at home and viewing the camera on it?

Just thought it would be nice to see what the dog is up to when I am away at work etc.
