Any benchmarks for R9 390 X2?

Came across this on the OcUK this morning:

I am unable to find any benchmarks for this gpu. It appears to be something very interesting at this price point. I am curious that how it performs. Do share if you can find detailed benchmark results for this one.

I was hoping for better performance than a xfire setup given it is a single pcb with a shared 16gb memory. benchmarks on this site are not very convincing. but still better performance than any single card solution (most of the times; provided there is a decent xfire profile available for that title). 295x2 was similar but it had liquid cooling. not sure how well the air cooler will handle all that heat.

The memory isn't shared, the card only has 8GB of VRAM available to it.

Are you sure that is the case? Reading around, I get the impression that 16gb vram is available as advertised; probably that will be one big reason for some to pick it up over a xfire setup.

Actually you are right, much of that is linked to future of DX12 with regards to vram utilization in a multiple gpu setup.
