Hey guys just a quick question.

I have always tried to build my systems over the last 6 years but never really fully understood the bios settings to its full potential!

My main question is, Is they any particular settings within the bios that will improve the speed of my system or games. I'm not talking about overclocking but specific settings that could increase PC performance? Such as pcie lane modes. I'm guessing selecting mode x4 over mode x1 will give me faster performance as it gives all the bandwidth to that lane??

Hope anyone can shed some light :)

My system:
i5 Ivybridge overclocked to 4.8ghz
16GB Corsair Dominator Ram running at 1600mhz
Asus z77 Sabertooth Motherboard
EVGA 780SC ACX ---- Previous Card MSI 7970
SSD Samsung 830 250GB
OCZ 1250 Watt PSU
BENQ XL2410T Running at 120HZ
