Ice, i'm not a customer anymore but, if i remember rightly, they used to have very helpful support tutorials in their customer portal area. Loads of screenshots explaining how to access it with various different FTP proggies. Have a feeling that that you need to 'activate' it in some way by contacting customer service or something. Give them a call or have a more in-depth look at the customer portal area using your login details.
