Yeah but PSUs are most efficient when they're drawing about 80% of their max load. Considering his system will only be using about 350W that PSU's efficiency will drop MASSIVELY, so it WOULD waste more electricity than a lower-rated one.

unless you're planning on tri/qua-sli(quad sli being 2x 590 tho can do 4x 580 if the mb can handle it) then you need 850w max(750w will be enough for 560ti sli.
