Any car games with rain and a cockpit mode

I was wondering if any driving game has rain and day and night cycles or one or other and also 1st person driving mode with a cockpit like tdu.

Just fancy a bit of driving in the rain for some reason lol and no i cant drive so dont say go driving when it rains lol.
 
Yep. GTR2 has a good cockpit view, and the weather is pretty good. You have to turn your lights and wipers on manually etc :)
 
Dont think there are wipers in GTR2, but there is in Race 07. Good fun with the westfield in the rain hehe

Richard burns rally also has rain and wipers. Thats good fun, but bleedin hard to get used to.

Oh, i thought there was wipers :D Pretty much the same game as Race07, BMW Challenge, GTR Evo etc though? There was wipers in one of them...
 
I remember the server I used to race on had Donnington set up so the sun was just peaking over the hill when you were working your way up the hill towards Mcleans and you couldn't see a thing due to being blinded by the sun.
 
You do have windscreen wipers or a helmet / tear offs in every official vehicle in GTRe
But you can't really do night racing in GTRe because the lights don't actually do anything other than make your headlights light up (i.e. they don't illuminate the road).
But rFactor has night racing and day / night cycles.
But it doesn't have proper weather.
 
Can any of these be modded to have free roam instead of racing and have huge maps?

Gfx not the best but ok i dont mind but the cockpit view isnt very nice to look at.

If you want to go back a long way, then Grand prix 4 by Geoff Crammond had a good rain and cockpit model.

Always used to hate playing Spa francochamps in the rain, very difficult track to drive when it's wet.

Awesome game, and the car physics are amongst the best I believe ?
 
The Toca BTCC games have an interior view and changing weather (although they're not "pretty"). But unlike most games, getting round corners is actually quite tricky, even with "arcade" settings.
