as the title says is there any chance of an aquarium section? as it is apparent that a lot of people on these forums have fish from giant cichlids to little neons or gold fish :)

i myself keep catfish and large cichlids. "oscars, vieja, salvinis breeding etc"

This certainly goes into the most random thread of the minute section for me. Most of the people's "aquariums" on here are actually water cooled PC's, not suitable for fishes.
 
a fish would screw up a water cooling system :P

especially my 10-11 inch oscar lol

Edit: theres sections for cars and photos why not have one for fishes :)
 
well a fishey one would work :p

unlike some guy asking for advice in gd and then getting told totally wrong advice etc (really annoys me) and if im not mistaken any fish thread brings out people showing of their fish and kowledge if im not mistaken :)

people said they should have a seperate section for books and so on, eventually they agreed for it to go in with the music and box office section. Yet you hardly see any threads on books in there..

lol, well many people asked for a different forum for books, and the demand got higher for it. I dont think many people have asked for a seperate fish section(although your probably not the first)

Or the sections created due to high enough demand ;) It's a computer/technology based forum. Do you think that fish forum you linked above would be up for creating a special sub-forum for the discussion of say, CD/DVD disc drives?

im betting i could ask them to make a computing forum :p

besides demand for something wont be showing unless people ask for it am i right?

edit: its worth a try oh and did i mention theres loads of technology behind keeping fish.....hmmmm

2 massive external filters for these 2 fish in a 91 gallon tank
must be technology behind that :p

my oscar lays eggs while my dads bigger one is confused lol
