You're not getting any offers because the problem is that it's not just a simple 'can you print this for me' request.
You're asking someone to 3d model something based on vague to non-existent measurements and even if you did provide all the required info, it's more hassle than most people can be bothered with or have the time to do as a favour.
Yep kind of the above, if you can find someone who's already modelled one on thingiverse etc then it's just a simple print job. Otherwise I think you'd need to send it to someone so they can get the calipers on it and model it for you first. Also is it flexible? You might need someone who can print TPU rather than the normal PLA or PETG.
£20 on ebay for a replacement. It'd cost at least that for someone to model and print if anyone was kind enough to do it (much more if you used a 3d modelling service).
If there's a car scrappy near by you could probably get one cheap from there.

anyone would have to spend an hour or two getting it right in the model and then the same again printing it. plus it'll probably need to be soft (I'll bet that sticking out bit is flexible) which will be a PITA with SLA.
