Any cheap 4U casing??

thinking of getting a cheap 4U server casing for my server in my sig...

any recommendations???

Ahoy thar, welcome to the forums. You might want to brush op on the FAQ linked at the top of this page. Text sigs are limited to 4 lines of regular sized text.

EDIT: More to the point almost nothing rack-mount is cheap unless you're good with tin snips. But I suppose cheapness is relative.

I'd sort that sig out if I was you. Probably the best place for cheap(ish) 4U cases is the bay'. You should be able to pick some some second hand company ones.

i think its the cheapest 4U rack available at 20 quid and abt 13 for postage...

Yeah, don't think you are going to get anything much cheaper than that tbh. That one does look a bit naff though. I much prefer black rackmount stuff.
