Any cheapish upgrade path for rig?

Is it worth persisting with a dual core for now? If I upgrade the gfx card with something in the £150~ range would it be a worthy boost or held back by the cpu?

Performance isn't terrible by any means but sometimes drops <50fps in black ops when it gets busy...

Currently running:

e8400 @ 3.6ghz
ati 4850
4gb ddr2 800mhz

Would that be happy on a 500w Seasonic s12? Any quietish versions of the 460 out there?

Can you choose what day for free delivery, if so how far ahead? Wouldn't be in to receive it beginning of week so would have to miss the deal...

Does the 192-Bit memory interface make much difference over the 256-bit 1gig versions?
