There are 5 of us each storing information on our individual laptops but we need to centralise all docs.
We've looked at mypcbackup and justcloud but is there anything else out there we've not gazed upon which you guys might suggest?

Thanks

Dropbox normal accounts with a shared folder (add people to it by email address) Everything in that folder is accessable to the people you selected.

We use this in college I set up a drop box folder with the whole class on the share of it. Works well can send work notes ext to each other / whole class at once. (The IT people wouldn't help us so we resorted to that!)

Only thing is if 2 of you edit the same file at a time and save them it will create 2 copys that clashed with each other or something like that.

The Sharing UI.

Install the Drop box program on the PC's and they will auto sync the shared folder. You get 2GB free. However if you refer people you get 250mb i think per person. Shared folders take the storage of everyone not just one person.

OK - the requirements have become more precise. Sharing documents isn't going to be the primary concern since we use Office 365 and have Sharepoint.

We want to ensure any docs stored locally are automatically backed up in the cloud.

Sugarsync does look very good. Does the fact it's hosted in the US potentially create any speed issues? (showing my lack of knowledge now!)
