I can't imagine it being a premium monitor with a premium panel in it. Might be better off if you absolutely can't get a bigger screen, to just get a cheap generic 19" tn panel for approx £120 or less ?

the cheapest 19" you can find, as they'll all be very similar tn-panel based screens.

Hmm you cannot put Samsung 920 NW with Dell 1908 or NEC 19'' model.

I've just put 3 HannsG CY199DP monitors in at work and they are fantastic and cheap. We use a dell 1907 elsewhere around work and apart from the brightness and USB hub I can't see any difference. Certainly not worth any extra cost. If you want a USB hub go buy one

If you looking to buy at the cost dell sell for then go for a dell 22" or actually just get a 22" whatever. OK they are widescreen which might not be what you want, but they are about the same height as a 19" 4:3 and give you the advantage of bigger area.
