Are there any websites/apps that will display map layers from Bing, Google and OpenStreetMap?

On Android there are loads. I've used Locus, Maverick and gvSIG mini maps and they all work very well but I can't find anything that will do this while I'm sitting on my PC.

Gmaps Pedometer will display Google and one of the OpenStreetMap maps but not any from Bing.

Not combines per say but that allows switching between them.

So say for example on google maps there is the option to view map, satellite or terrain. I'd also like an option to view OpenStreetmap and Bing's Ordnance Survey without having to visit the separate websites.

Years ago flashearth.com combined loads of sources including google, bing, yahoo and various nasa layers but these steadily decreased over the years.

Maybe it can't be done due to licensing constraints.

Here is an example screenshot from Maverick on Android:

The one thing that annoys me about Maverick is you can't hide the bottom toolbar. When just browsing maps its takes up quite a bit of screen real estate.

Had more of a look last night but can't find anything (public at least) for the PC that integrates maps like Maverick does.
