Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts with Blitzkrieg Mod, awesome stuff
however the best RTS available for the last couple years still is Supreme Commander Forged Alliance, Sins of a Solar Empire is well worth a look as well and the addon 'Entrenchment' chucks interesting starbases into the loop
