Any desktop PCs with HDMI input?

I wanna get a new computer and would like to be able to connect my PS3 to it so I can play on the computer's monitor and record it.

But after having a look around on the interwebs, I can't seem to find a desktop PC that does have it.

Do they even exist and if so, any under £500?

You will need a HDMI capture card which are about £90 on their own.

Or could you suggest a PC with the minimum spec that could use a HDMI capture card?

Of course, I just found a good guide online on how to build your own pc. Once I have enough money saved up, I'll attempt to build my first pc.

If you get a monitor with HDMI then you can also play your PS3 without the pc being on.

I have been looking into capture cards recently and it depends on what you get. For HDMI I have seen people using a splitter from the console with one to monitor and one to capture card meaning you can play with the pc off. However other capture cards have pass through connections meaning that you connect ps3/xbox->pc->tv/monitor and even with the pc off it will still work (obviously pc needs to be on to capture gameplay)

Most of the cards come with a passthrough cable.
