Would there be any difference between, playing a dolby atmos content from USB drive or burning it to BluRay and playing it on BluRay player?

My options for Dolby Atmos content playing are :
1. from a USB 3.0 on NVIDIA Shield Pro
2. Burn the content on to a Bluray disk and then playing it on a Philips BluRay player

Would both give me the same level of Audio & Video quality?

Personally, I'd go for file playback, particularly from a Shield Pro. But presumably you have both options available to you. Why not try the AVS HD 709 test patterns? It's free to download and they are professional grade, accurate test patterns for image and audio calibration. Compare the two platforms.

Be aware that your TV will probably treat each input as independent of the other, so do set up each one for accurate brightness and contrast.
