Any difference between these two fans.. am I missing something really obvious?

Looking to replace the stock fans on my antec khuler 920. Apart from colour and price these look identical.

I thought so.. I just found it hard to believe the price difference was just down to colour, I thought I might be missing somthing really obvious.

You pay more for the black one because the colours on the cheap one are chuffing awful.
