One picture is a old 65nm Core 2 Duo box and the other is a new 45nm Core 2 duo box (the blue one!).
Many eVendors have difficulty keeping their sales images up to date that is why most have written "images may not reflect product" or "image used for illustration purposes only" etc
It's the actual words (product title/description) that protect you legally.

yup thats right, Samfau2 your making two boobies, first your not allowed to really discuss competitors and prices and your image leads straight to them, secondly (and more general) is your not really meant to *Hot Link* images, its generally frowned upon, easy solution is to save images to your PC then upload them yourself.
