Any drive protection tool that uses a memstick instead of a password?

At the moment for my family I got it so they can use a memstick to log on to windows.(http://www.lokibit.com/products.htm)

I have my media drive password protected aswel using truecrypt and I would like to know is there any other drive protection software there that uses a memstick to bypass the password to access the drive.

Yeah I was thinking about the windows bitlocker. Is it the same as truecrypt, as in, if windows is restarted the drive is hidden or not accessible until you have entered the password?
